This Still Austin Single Barrel was bottled at 116-proof, boasting a mash bill of 70% non-GMO white corn, 25% rye, and 5% malted barley. 100% Texas grown. Hand selected for its unique and highly-desirable characteristics, this barrel is genuinely one-of-a-kind.

This spirit was made from 100% Texas-grown grains and distilled in a 50-foot column still, hand-built in Scotland. The bourbon is then aged for at least two years in casks crafted from sustainably grown American oak, perfectly charred to allow the spirits to move in and out of the wood.
