Just six months after his last album, MARK LANEGAN's album is complete. Inspired by his memoir "Sing Backwards And Weep," the process of digging up memories of the past pushed him back into the studio. Recording began immediately after the memoir was written, and the album has been recorded by Greg Dulli of the Afghan Whigs (Mark Lanegan's partner in the Gutter Twins), Warren Ellis of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, John and Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin, singer/songwriter/songwriter Paul Jones, and singer/songwriter Ed Harcourt.
