Terms & Conditions

• Standard Scope of Work - Installation of a customer-supplied HVAC system, covering air handling units, ductwork connections, and vents for standard access areas. It assumes clear access to installation zones without major structural modifications, civil work, or relocation of existing utilities.
• Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician and site survey team during the pre-work inspection before commencing.
• Customer-Supplied Materials - All HVAC units, ducting, vents, piping, insulation, electrical connections, and accessories must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all installation areas. Any additional handling, lifting, or specialized equipment requirements will be quoted separately.
• Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange all necessary building permits, approvals, and coordination with property management in advance.
• Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving structural modifications, major duct rerouting, ceiling or wall dismantling, or civil works is not included in the standard scope. A separate quotation will be provided if such work is required.
• Demonstration of Work - After installation, the technician will test airflow, temperature control, and system functionality for the HVAC units. Any additional requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
• Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
• Communication & Coordination - By selecting the service from Khaleejtools.com, you authorize us to share your contact number with the assigned maintenance and installation team for coordination, communication, and updates.
• Pricing Applicability - Pricing is applicable for the Standard Scope of Work only.
