Tasting notes: Naturally spirited, POP has all the characteristics of the Pommery Champagne: freshness, elegance and vivacity, but also permits itself some fancies: floral notes of rose and aromas of white nectarine. All covered by delicate spices. On the Palate the Champagne is balanced and very silky. Notes of fresh apricot blend with aromas of grilled almonds. The central element of the tasting is gourmet. The finish is tangy, with a touch of redcurrant as a culmination of this great moment of pleasure.

Vinification details: Pommery is produced using the traditional Champagne method. Grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are carefully selected from key regions before undertaking the precise process of transforming them into Champagne over 3 to 5 years minimum. Our winemaker, Thierry Gasco sees that the utmost care, skill and expertise is utilised to ensure the excellent quality of this Marque is maintained.
