Hychem SF25 is a pigmented, two-component, water-based epoxy coating with very low odour and VOC’s (volatile organic compounds). It is economical, has excellent early water resistance, and is hard wearing, waterproof and oil proof. Aggregates can be incorporated to achieve desired slip resistance. SF25 is recommended for use as a protective coating on concrete surfaces exposed to chemicals, foot and light vehicular traffic. Since it is a very economical product it is particularly suited to large areas such as car parks and warehouses.
