Terms & Conditions

• Standard Scope of Work - Installation, repair, or replacement of customer-supplied glass for windows, doors, partitions, mirrors, and decorative panels. It assumes accessible mounting surfaces, frames, and clear work areas without major structural modifications or removal of existing frames.
• Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection, including evaluation of frame conditions, surface alignment, and safety considerations before starting the work.
• Customer-Supplied Materials - All glass panels, mirrors, tempered or laminated glass, adhesives, fittings, and safety accessories must be provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the work area and removing fragile or movable items nearby. Any additional handling, lifting, or specialized equipment for large or heavy glass panels will be quoted separately.
• Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any necessary building permits, property management approvals, or site access documents in advance.
• Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving structural modifications, custom framing, cutting or shaping of glass on-site, or replacement of concealed panels is not included in the standard scope. Separate quotation will be provided if required.
• Demonstration of Work - After completion, the technician will demonstrate proper alignment, secure mounting, and safety compliance of all installed or repaired glass. Any additional requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
• Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
• Communication & Coordination - By selecting the service from Khaleejtools.com, you authorize us to share your contact number with the assigned glass work team for coordination, communication, and service updates.
• Pricing Applicability - Pricing is applicable for the Standard Scope of Work only.
