WARRANTY Info:

• We guarantee that ORYX GLORY & ORYX ELITE ECO SERIES Air Conditioning units Models compressors are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 7 Years from the unit-TMs date of purchase.
• All other Operating Parts of Air Conditioning units are under warranty for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
• If Operating Parts are found defective during their respective warranty periods we will repair or replace the parts at no charge during the mentioned warranty period.
• If Compressor is found defective during the respective warranty periods we will repair or replace the parts at no charge during the mentioned warranty period, an extra charge will be added for the labor and materials of installing the replacement compressor.
• All Units Follow Company Warranty Policy Card
