How to Blend:

• Add one serving (5g) of Matcha Mind to a splash of hot water. Mix until dissolved. Sweeten to your liking with honey.

• For added creaminess and optimal nutrient absorption, add a fat source. You can try adding 1 tsp of coconut or MCT oil.
