Watch the video to see the 10-step process used to polish the inside of the shaker to within 0.2 microns, resulting in maximum efficiency and production of air bubbles. This precision reduces stress on ice and creates thoroughly blended, aerated cocktails.

This item is available in two sizes; a large 500ml capacity and a smaller 350ml capacity.

This shaker forms part of the Birdy barware range, inspired by Japanese design and created by Erik Lorincz, former head bartender at The American Bar at London's Savoy Hotel and presently the co-owner of cocktail bar Kwānt, also in London.
