Caster and Camber

The MetriCKs features CRC's Ultra-tune suspension system, allowing for precise and easy caster and camber adjustments by simply changing the lower C/C plate. For example, a "4 -1" plate provides 4 degrees of caster and -1 degree of camber, while a "5 -.5" plate offers 5 degrees of caster and -.5 degree of camber. Even after repeated impacts, your settings remain unchanged, ensuring consistent performance. With a wide range of affordable C/C plate options available from Team CRC, you can achieve perfect caster and camber without the need for a setup station or expensive gauges.

Suspension

The MetriCKs offers versatile suspension tuning with front-mounted side-to-side roll springs that separate roll stiffness from center and bump stiffness. For those who prefer a more traditional setup, the side roll springs can also be mounted in the rear. The car features an easily adjustable rear center spring for setting preload, battery height, and bump stiffness. Adjusting the battery height and droop is a breeze—use a hex head from the top to control preload and tweak the limit set screw from the bottom to fine-tune the car's down travel. This setup ensures quick, precise adjustments for optimal performance.

Weight Tuning

A key objective for the MetriCKs is achieving a low center of gravity. The tungsten weights are positioned flush with the chassis bottom, not stacked on top of it or the battery plate, placing the ballast at the lowest possible point. This design, combined with the car's lightweight build, results in an exceptionally low center of gravity, enhancing stability and performance.
