Traditional French macarons have grown in popularity in recent years and they make impressive homemade gifts or celebration highlights.  There are endless possibilities for fillings, flavourings and colourings and the process of making them is satisfyingly creative.  Why not join our tutor chef for a day filled with both demonstration and hands-on learning?  Master the technique of making Italian meringue, hone your piping skills and learn the secrets of a professional finish.  You will take home your completed macarons at the end of the course – having tasted some along the way, naturally!
