How to Use:

Apply to the eyelids as a line or broadly. May be used alone, together or with other eye makeup to dramatize and highlight eyes as desired. Style, blend or smudge as desired. May also be used along the lash line as a liner.

TIP:

1. Once on eyelid, use warmth of fingertip to tap out if a smudged or blended look is desired. Once set, will stay in place for long-lasting color.
2. Sea Shell can be used in the inner corners of eyes and under outer brow bone to highlight and open up the eye and give a brighter, more awake appearance
