Tasting notes: Chardonnay - very fruity with aromas of fresh bananas, pear and woody hints. Fine and delicate with a full fresh palate. Pinot Noir - aromas of red and black berries mixed with floral notes and delicate vanilla hints. The palate is complex, rich and long. Cabernet-Merlot - very intense aromas of dark chocolate, cherries and blackcurrants. A rich rounded wine with mature tannins. Syrah-Viognier - aromas of cherries and violets. The palate is round with notes of chocolate. A long finish with hints of liquorice.
