• Brakes: 5-Year Warranty
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty (includes wheels, grips, padding, cables, upholstery, bag, screws, and plastic components)

Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions
• Products modified without prior written authorization

Warranty Service

For service, contact the dealer where you purchased your NOVA product. If unresolved, contact NOVA directly with:

• Description of the defect
• Product serial number
• Dealer name and location
• Proof of purchase

Do not return any products without prior authorization. Repairs or replacements are the only remedies under this limited warranty. Labor and shipping costs are not included.
