If you own a 95-99 Neon with the 2.0L DOHC or 2.4L DOHC swap and want a way to improve performance this is a good part for you.

The factory lower manifold is not a bad design until you look at the 90 bend that dramatically increases turbulence and slows air velocity.
AMM has created a piece that bolts right onto your Dohc 2.0 upper and has no more 90.

We installed this piece onto a stock 2.4 with no balance shafts, Crower 2 camshafts and dyno tested 166 wheel hp, and the car felt great. These start as used dohc 2.0 manifolds, and then we have them blasted clean, then saw off the 90 degree end, weld on the tubing and new CNC machined aluminum throttle mounting plate.

Yes, it bolts onto the stock dohc upper.

Yes, you can use it with a stock throttle body, however its best to use with a larger 60mm tb.

It has a vacuum nipple built into the bottom of the aluminum tube for your brake booster line.

You CAN NOT use this with a stock battery tray, you need to have either a relocated battery, or a smaller battery, or modified tray.

You must use the longer 1999 Dodge Neon cable as the shorter stock 1995-1998.5 type cables are too short. This longer cable was used on some 1999 Dohc's and the cable wrapped around the engine bay as they were so long. This longer cable allows you more flexibility to move the throttle body.
