Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is void upon any sale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person. NOVA warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following durations:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Hand Brake: 5-Year Limited Warranty (Plastic Handle & Cable)
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Includes wheels, wheel brakes, hand grips, rubber tips, cable covers, and all other hardware and plastic parts.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• User negligence or misuse of the product
• Failure to adhere to product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Items subjected to abuse, misuse, or modification without prior written authorization are not covered.

Warranty Service

For warranty service, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your NOVA product. If you do not receive satisfactory service, please contact NOVA directly using the number provided below. Be prepared to provide:

• Nature of the defect
• Product serial number
• Purchase location and dealer name
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important: Do not return products to NOVA without prior consent.

Limitations & Remedies

Repair or replacement is the only remedy under this limited warranty. This warranty does not include any labor or shipping costs incurred during installation or product repair.

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
