Both the design of models with detachable segments (using premanufactured bases) and the design of monolithic models (where the prepared die is either removable or a separate check die) are supported.

Combined with our Implant Module, Model Creator enables you to create models with lab analogues and removable gingiva masks.

Different model/die styles available

Choose between several different building plates for segmented models or plateless models. Style your dies as removable, or build a complete model with a second set of singular dies. Exported files are fully compatible with every open 3D printer and many of the market-leading 3D printer providers are supported with special parameter presets.

Create models with implant analogs

Design models for implant cases using lab analogs and even add removable gingiva masks, or use individual abutments you designed yourself as dies.

Full arch, upper and lower models

The highly intuitive wizard workflow guides you through each step of the design process. Even designing models for both jaws at once is straightforward and painless.

Labeling your models

Choose from a wide range of attachments and use as many of them as required. Several connections for articulator clips, positioning pins, stabilizing structures and even a tool for labellng your models are at your disposal.

Hollow models enable extremely cost-efficient printing

All model types can also be designed hollow, to save you material in the printing process. Additionally the hollow shape comes with a sill on the bottom to increase the strength of thin walls.
