Grape variety: Malbec. Current vintage: 2022. This pale pink rosé comes from grapes grown at high altitudes in Mendoza. The grapes are gently crushed for soft extraction to balance colour and add depth of flavour, the wine then undergoes cool temperature fermentation, in order to retain freshness and fruit aromas.
