The Canon Top Shot is a 35mm point-and-shoot camera with a 38mm f2.8 lens and a built-in flash. Also, it has a little dial at the bottom marked "tilt" that lets the camera sit a little bit tilted on a table, for times when that's useful I guess. Honestly seems like a lot of engineering and manufacturing complexity for not a lot of payoff, but I'm not Canon, and there's probably a reason for that. Tested and working, in excellent condition, with only minor cosmetic wear.
