Monk fruit sweetener is extracted from monk fruit. The monk fruit is also known as luo han guo or “Buddha fruit.” It’s a small, round fruit grown in Southeast Asia. Unlike in most fruits, the natural sugars in monk fruit aren’t responsible for its sweetness. Instead, it gets its intense sweetness from unique antioxidants called mogrosides. It is 100-250 times sweeter than table sugar (sucrose).

The monk fruit erythritol blend is a sweetener that’s 2x as sweet as table sugar but totally guilt-free. This blend is ideal for sweetening coffee and tea, baked goods, cold beverages, yogurt, cereal, fruit, sauces, etc. It can be used in any recipe or application that calls for sugar.
