The Briton 378E Panic Latch is suitable for use on single doors or the first opening leaf of a pair of doors, with rebated meeting styles, where a vertical bolt is fitted to the other half. When the bar is pushed, the bolt is disengaged for easy egress from the building in an emergency. It comes handed to suit left hand or right hand applications, and can also be reversed on site if necessary. It is CE marked, EN1634 fire tested to 2 hours, and also tested in excess of 200,000 cycles. The panic bolt is supplied complete with fixings and comes with a 5 year guarantee.
