Warranty

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to HoyerPro® Lifts only. It does not cover other models such as HML400, HPL700, HPL700WSC, HPL402, C-HLA, and their variations.

• Mechanical & Electrical Components: Covered for two years from the date of delivery under normal use and service.

• Aluminum Structural Components & Welds: Covered for the lifetime of the product from the delivery date.*

  *Subject to standard warranty exclusions below.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to improper environmental conditions

• Failure to maintain the product per user/service instructions

• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

Parts Coverage

• Wear Items (e.g., batteries, casters, hydraulic pumps): Covered for 90 days from date of delivery

• Warranty replacement parts: Covered until the expiration of the product’s original warranty period

• Return of parts for inspection is required upon request (customer expense). Credit issued upon inspection approval.

Service Support

• Most service issues can be resolved by the facility’s Maintenance Department with guidance from Joerns Healthcare’s Product Service Team.

• Parts are available and can be shipped next-day air (shipping charges apply).

• If an on-site technician is needed, Joerns Healthcare may dispatch one at its discretion. Only our Product Service Department may authorize service calls.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the equipment.
