Development of the VF-0C , a single-seat delta wing type, was once shelved, but its development was once again approved due to strong requests from the Marine Corps, who wanted to renew the aging Harrier/Sea Harrier, which had been inherited from the militaries of various countries before Earth Unification.

The parts composition of the kit is a combination of a single-seat nose and head (A type), delta wing, and the addition of armed parts mounted on the upper surface of the fuselage and the lower surface of the main wing.
