Terms & Conditions

• Standard Scope of Work - Installation of customer-supplied floor and wall tiles for kitchens, bathrooms, and home interiors. It assumes prepared, level surfaces and clear access to the installation area without demolition, major surface repairs, or removal of existing tiles.
• Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection to evaluate surface readiness, measurements, and layout planning before commencing.
• Customer-Supplied Materials - Tiles, adhesives, grout, spacers, waterproofing membranes, and any decorative trims or accessories must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for ensuring unobstructed access to work areas, including removal of furniture, appliances, and personal items. Any additional handling, lifting, or equipment required for heavy tiles will be quoted separately.
• Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any necessary building permits, property management approvals, or access passes prior to the start of work.
• Limitations & Exclusions - Surface leveling, waterproofing repairs, wall modifications, or removal of old tiles is not included in the standard scope. If required, a separate quotation will be provided.
• Demonstration of Work - After completion, the technician will walk through the tiled surfaces to ensure proper alignment, finish, and grouting. Any additional requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
• Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
• Communication & Coordination - By selecting the service from Khaleejtools.com, you authorize us to share your contact number with the assigned installation team for coordination, communication, and service updates.
• Pricing Applicability - Pricing is applicable for the Standard Scope of Work only.
