Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 8-10 mins per 100g. Medium 8 mins per 100g. Well done 10 mins per 100g. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging. Oil and season surface of meat and sear in a hot frying pan. Place in a roasting tray and into a preheated oven. Remove and rest for 10 mins before carving into individual cutlets to serve. Do not reheat.
