Description:
Halloween is the third generation of the German heavy metal scene, which has been gaining attention thanks to the worldwide success of Scorpions and Accept. The twin lead guitars and dramatic song development reminiscent of Iron Maiden on their 1987 album "Keeper Of The Seven Keys Part 1," and Michael Kiske's high tone vocals, gained a strong following in Europe and Japan. With this momentum, the band expanded into the U.K. and the U.S. The follow-up album, "Keeper Of The Seven Keys Part 2," was even more accomplished, and propelled the German metal movement into the international arena. However, the band's core member, Kai Hansen, left the band, and Roland Grapow joined the band to complete the new album "Pink Bubbles Go Ape", which was delayed until the end of 1991 due to contractual problems. The following year, in 1992, the group embarked on a concert tour of Europe and Japan. The concert in Cologne on May 14 was recorded and broadcast as a program on the radio station WDR. This live album is based on the recordings from this broadcast. This live album is a tear-jerker for fans of the band, as this new live album has never been released before! Imported domestic edition
