DESCRIPTION

The Danuser Hornet T8-RR Post Driver with Grapple is a powerful excavator-mounted solution designed for efficient post installation in construction, fencing, and utility applications. Built for CAT 308 and CAT 309 excavators in the 8–10 ton class, this model features a hydraulic grapple arm that allows a single operator to pick up, position, and drive posts—streamlining workflow and reducing labor.

Equipped with an 8" domed driving tool, the Hornet handles T-posts and pipes up to 8" diameter. It delivers 400–800 strikes per minute and matches the 1,150 ft-lb energy class. A flow control valve supports hydraulic flows up to 30 GPM, and the tool-less quick-change system allows fast swapping of driving heads without tools.

This configuration includes the grapple but does not include tilt, making it ideal for flat terrain or controlled post placement.
