Description:
<The 28th issue of the reissue series in conjunction with "60's GARAGE ROCKIN' OLDAYS", a book by Jimmy Masuko and presented by All Days Records. Freak beat band that emerged from the mod scene as the second pop art band after The Who! The Eyes, with their striking rugby shirts featuring an illustration of an eyeball, emerged from the mod scene in 1965,As the second pop art band after The Who, they left behind the strong freak beats of "When The Night Falls," "I'm Rowed Out," "The Immediate Pleasure," and "My Degeneration. Despite the strong influence of The Who, the band was expected to be talented, but failed to chart, remaining popular in the mod scene, and stalled after only four singles. For money, they left a Rolling Stones cover album under the Pupils name, but it was not even talked about. But this is another great garage punk album. No need for originality. The cynical attitude and violent sound of the average age of 19 and the bewitching brilliance of the Eyes will never disappear.
