Born from shared technologies used in our flagship C7 speakers, the C6-650cw component woofer benefits from vast woofer design experience and advanced modeling systems of JL Audio.

Ideal for active systems, the C6-650cw component woofer features a proprietary cast alloy frame outfitted with our Elevated Frame Cooling technology and a DMA-optimized motor system to generate outstanding midbass impact with ultralow distortion.

Passive crossover networks are not included with C6 drivers, as they are designed for active systems. Instead, we recommend a high-quality tuning digital signal processor, such as the JL Audio TwK® DSP, or a VXi amplifier with built-in DSP, with a dedicated amplifier channel for each C6 loudspeaker in the system. Precise setup of equalization, delay and crossover filters will ensure optimal in-vehicle performance.

Component woofers are sold individually and include a plastic grille tray, one fine steel mesh grille and one electroformed JL Audio badge logo.
