Our Denissimo from Modena, Italy, is crafted from Trebbiano grape must that is slowly caramelized and reduced even further than traditional balsamic. It undergoes an exceptionally long aging process in the classic “Batteria” system of Modena.
Our exclusive Denissimo contains less than 1% barrel-aged Italian red wine vinegar to support probiotic benefits. It matures slowly across five distinct wooden casks: mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry.
This rare, ultra-dense (1.36) balsamic is extraordinarily complex, revealing layers of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, dark chocolate, and malt.
Drizzle it as a luxurious finishing touch over cheese plates or fresh fruit. Use it as a glaze on meats and vegetables for flavors that will impress every time.
