The weights of these PowerBlock dumbbells fit together like a nest of dishes in your china cabinet. That is why they take up so little space. Which is not only useful while sporting, but also practical to efficiently organize the gym room.

The PowerBlock consists of a number of weight elements each with a heavier mass, that fit together and are clicked together with a sturdy pin system. This pin is attached with a strong elastic to the middle part of the nest of weights. Several elements can be combined to the desired weight and with the double pins these weights are attached to the handle. The only thing you have to do is to lift the chosen weight with the handgrip and start your exercises. How easy can exercising be!

• Weight Stacks: Welded solid steel construction. Powder-coated finish.
• Handles: An open design of the handle allows for increased range of motion. Comfortable contoured rubber grip.
• Side Rails: Bands on the side rails show the weight of the dumbbell selected with the pin. The pin covers the band/rail that’s been selected to easily show what the weight is. Some models use color charts on the handle to coordinate with the color band on the rail.
• Auto Lock: EXP models have an ‘Auto-Lock’ to make micro adjustments by reducing the handle weight by 2.25 kg.
• Selector Pin: Simple and efficient. Insert the magnetic polypropylene pin into the slot to select the max load.
