<Story
In the year 202X, the government-approved entertainment production organization "Coloration" was established for the purpose of raising the level and sophistication of entertainment throughout the country.
The year is 208X. The government censorship of Coloration is severe, and music is losing its freedom as it is often restricted as excessively expressive or offensive to public order.
The students are gathered at the Tokyo school from all over Japan for the annual music festival "Tokyo Color Sonic." They form a buddy group to create a song and live in a dormitory for five months until the day of the festival, under the guidance of Tadokoro and Ashino.
The eight students gradually become friends, taking classes separately in the vocal department and the composition/lyric writing department, taking classes together, going out for fun, etc. However, there are differences in the distance between their respective buddies and the progress of their production. Arashi and Sora discuss and confirm each other's feelings, while Eikyuu and Mirai work on their songs while trying to bridge the gap between their birth and upbringing.
Which buddy will win the "Tokyo Color Sonic" competition? the Stage. An unprecedented hot music battle between young people who devote themselves to their passion for music begins here...
