The Thorn is a compact utility and survival blade. The smallest and lightest full tang knife we offer, The Thorn has a 2” cutting edge and a skeletonised handle, a firm favourite for hiking, camping or whenever weight is an issue. A sculpted finger groove and 550 paracord blood knot make for a comfortable contoured fit. Coming with a scandi grind and AEB-L stainless steel as standard, the Thorn makes a perfect companion blade to our larger bushcraft knives or the Orford Parang. The Thorn benefits from our in-house cryogenic heat treatment process to get the best from the steel. Completed with a self locking OD green Kydex neck sheath, the Thorn XL is an adaptable, multi-purpose EDC.

This luxury Damasteel Thorn is made of folded stainless steels (RWL34 and PMC27) in a ‘Vinland’ pattern that forms unique contoured lines. Weatherproof, corrosion resistant, with a more aggressive blade edge, it will outperform other steels even after extended use. The Damasteel Thorn is completed with a OD Green Kydex Neck sheath.
