30-Ton Hydraulic Cylinder Cuts Without Secondary Operations

The 30-ton cylinder generates enough force to shear through 12 gauge mild steel, shallow strut, and deep strut in a single stroke. Each cut takes about three seconds and leaves a clean, straight edge that goes directly to use with no deburring required.

Standard Blade Set Handles Multiple Strut Profiles

The standard blade set shears 1-5/8" and 7/8" strut profiles without switching setups between cuts. Additional blade sets are sold separately for back-to-back strut, deep-only strut, Cooper B-Line® 4D21 and 4D22 strut, and threaded rod from 1/4" to 5/8" diameter.

Support Rods and Measurement Scale Speed Up Repeat Cuts

Two support rods include a 17" measurement scale from backstop to cut point, so you can dial in a cut length and hold it across multiple pieces without re-measuring each one. When the job calls for longer stock, the rods swap out for standard 1" O.D. pipe.

Quick Coupler Connects to Your Existing 10,000 PSI Supply

The SHR uses a quick coupler that works with any 10,000 psi hydraulic power supply, so it connects to the setup you already have on site. This keeps the tool mobile and lets it move with the crew as the work shifts from one location to the next.
