Love this luxe silk blouse from Yves Saint Laurent. Its really a fab color - a true jewel tone purple - deep and rich! It is an unusual design too - a ruffle highlights the bodice and goes up and over the shoulder! That same ruffle is picked up again at the wrist and on the high collar.
