Our silk shantung tie is made in a threefold construction with a perfectly balanced interlining from wool and cotton. Due to an untipped construction this tie will make you stand out in relaxed sartorial elegance allowing a subtle elegant knot. Fully handmade in Italy from the best skilled artisans it is untipped with meticulously handrolled edges that require an absolute detail to perfection and experience in the manufacturing process.

Shantung silk is a wonderful fabric for ties. Any tie connaisseur should have shantung ties in his collection. If you do not want to look too overdressed or you look for an every day tie that is good for both casual and formal outfits shantung is the right choice. It is absolutely fine to not only wear it with your jacket but also with your favorite cardigan or leather jacket.
