As a part of our commitment to the environment, our printing process is eco-solvent. Unlike harsh ink solvents that use harmful chemicals, our eco-solvent printing uses all-natural and biodegradable solvents, ensuring a safer and more sustainable option for you and the planet.

Production & Delivery:

• Our production time on this product is 48hrs and for delivery 3-4 days. However, if you need it quickly please contact us.
• The replacement banner will be dispatched within 48hrs.
• Frames will be dispatched within 24hrs.

This product comes with a standard 2-year warranty against Aluminum frames for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
The final decision on replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.

• File Size:  For uploading via the website, please ensure that the file size remains below 50 MB. If the file size exceeds 50 MB, kindly utilize file-sharing systems such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc to upload the file and share the URL with us.
