Soft-pressed ripe grapes are chilled and fermented in pressurized tanks until reaching 5.5% alcohol, then halted at peak ripeness. The result is a full-bodied, velvety wine with an intense bouquet of candied fruit, acacia blossom, and distinctive violet notes with a musky undertone. Serve chilled at 10–12°C in crystal glasses. Pairs beautifully with desserts, fresh fruit, and fruit salads. Bottled in early November to capture optimal freshness and character.
