"Blindsided by Moments" represents the small insignificant moments that spark a tsunami of grief. The trigger could be something small or big which can catch you unprepared and paralyze you as they remind you of your lost loved one. I've found myself by the side of the road sobbing uncontrollably at times when the moment is just right to spark that grief. I smile and laugh about it these days but at the beginning of my grief journey, these were moments that could blindside me with grief and I had no control or means of stopping the stream of tears. It is okay to have moments like this; you are not alone.
