This front bumper is designed to dramatically improve the vehicle’s aerodynamic performance. The lower area of the front opening directs airflow effectively into the diffuser, which helps improve front down force. Also, with the installation of the brake-cooling duct (optional), the right and left ducts allow a large amount of air to flow into them, therefore helping reduce braking temperatures. Having a common design from street use to GT use shows confidence in products’ aerodynamic performance.

ASM Dry Carbon and Fiberglass products are designed and produced at the Challenge Technology Center in Japan. They are produced with the same approach to dry carbon products as OEM to many major Japanese car manufacturers using pre-impregnated carbon materials. Design and production involve the use of CAD modeling, cutting plotters, 5-axis 3-D mills, high-pressure autoclaves, and water mills.
