I love ruler and measuring tools of many sorts, and the patina on this antique folding advertising ruler is terrific, but what really sold me on it is its poignance in speaking to present moment, advertising Corn King Manure Spreader! (I think you can guess who I think the manure-spreading king is!--though certainly ours is a culture filled with many layers of manure being spread.) "Lighten the work of the farm," "distributes evenly," and involves a "vibrating rake," too! Pretty fun.
