I resist most old painted folk art doorstops at this point, but no way could I pass on this one; I just love this kid, who looks very stylish and also very punk rock with lots of attitude to me. Photos tell the story--great paint, great details, and especially great face and red hat and pants! My favorites are always the very one of a kind and smaller scale examples of these, which this one is.

 7 3/8" x 4 7/8" x 5 3/4" deep. Good condition, perfect aging to the paint, with a little loss here, mostly along the bottom edge, all to the good. There is wear and a little loss to the end of the door stop piece, suggesting he was in fact well used that way.
