Ingredients: Konjac (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch) powder, containing 93.5% of glucomannan and 85% of fiber; black psyllium (Plantago afra L.) seeds; arabinogalactan; acacia fiber, containing 90% of fiber; choline bitartrate (choline); blond psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) husks; beetroot juice concentrate; natural raspberry aroma and other natural aromas; common mulberry (Morus alba L.) leaf extract DER 10:1; acidity regulator: citric acid; prickly pear (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill.) extract DER 4:1; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide; chromium picolinate (chromium).

How to use: 1 sachet (12 g) — mix with 150–200 mL of cool or lukewarm water and stir well to dissolve. Use enough water to achieve your preferred texture — from smoothie- to pudding-like.
