Alexit Bladerep LEP is a durable leading edge protection coating designed to shield wind turbine blades and other aerodynamic surfaces from erosion caused by rain, sand, and other environmental factors. These high-performance, two-component polyurethane systems offers excellent flexibility, impact resistance, and long-term weather durability. They are easy to apply by brush or spray, cures to a smooth, resilient finish, and enhances the lifespan and efficiency of blades by maintaining their aerodynamic integrity under harsh operating conditions. LEP 9 has distinct elasticity and flexibility for long-term leading edge protection. LEP 10 is a one layer system and it is recommended to be applied with the 828-A LEP finish brush.
