Vintage 1950's / 1960's Louis Marx Motorway Set With Rare Yellow Track & Two Fast Long Running E.52 Motorway Cars 100% Complete In The Original Box. Released by Louis Marx Toys in the late 1950's or early 1960's as part of their Motoway series of clockwork cars. This fantastic Marx Motorway features a track which slots together to give you a figure eight, and includes a red and a blue fast long running clockwork E.52 Motorway Cars each with their own clockwork keys. The Motorway its self is in amazing condition for a toy that is over 60 years old, it slots together perfectly with no bumps or ridges. The two cars are also in fantastic condition and are fully working, the Blue car does have a crack on the bottom, but winds up well and still goes round the track with no issues, the Red car is superb, its in nr mint condition, winds up perfectly and speeds around the track and a fantastic rate. Both cars come in their own original box and both have their own original keys. Comes in the original box with inner packing, which is also in very good condition for its age with only minor signs of wear and a few small edge tape repairs.
