Folian Pure Prenatal contains the purest (99.7% ~ 99.9% purity), stable and bioactive form of folic acid, calcium L-methylfolate, which was developed using a unique patented C-type crystallization technology, allowing you to obtain the most stable, better absorbable and purest world's bioactive folate.

More than 30% of the world's population has a genetic mutation of MTHFR, in particular C677T, which does not allow their bodies to convert folic acid into active folate (L-5-MTHF). This means that the only way to supplement folic acid is with L-5-MTHF because it is exactly the form the body needs and bypasses the genetic mutation. 

Metafolin is a form of folate bioequivalent to folate naturally occurring in the body. Calcium L-methylfolate is the dominant form of folate found in food, which does not require metabolism and is directly absorbed. Pure Prenatal has excellent bioavailability and physiological activity. 

It is also a very effective form for people affected by the so-called MTHF polyformism, which prevents the proper metabolism of folic acid in the body. Pure Prenatal also does not mask vitamin B12 deficiencies, unlike folic acid, and crosses the blood-brain barrier.

The product is intended for women of childbearing age and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily supplemental intake of 400 mcg of folic acid for at least one month before conception and a maximum of three months after conception.
