KStrong® Kapture™ Element Arc Flash Rated 5-Point Full Body Harness with Dielectric Hardware (ANSI)

The KStrong® Kapture™ Element Arc Flash Rated Full Body Harness is purpose-built for electrical and utility professionals working in high-risk environments. Engineered with flame-resistant (FR) aramid webbing, this 5-point adjustable harness offers critical protection against arc flash hazards while ensuring full ANSI and ASTM compliance.

This harness features dielectric hardware throughout—including a rear D-ring for fall arrest, shoulder strap friction buckles, and pass-through chest and leg buckles—all designed to eliminate metal-to-metal conductivity and enhance electrical safety. Reinforced with a Kevlar stitching thread and a durable polymer-molded finish over a steel core, the hardware is both non-conductive and robust under extreme conditions.

With a webbing width of 1.73 inches and a breaking strength of 5,000 lbs., the harness delivers exceptional strength and durability. It meets or exceeds ANSI Z359.11-2021 and ASTM F887-20 standards, ensuring suitability for arc flash and flame exposure environments.
