Released by Target books paperbacks in 1974, this is the 1974 original first edition, that is based on the television serial Doctor Who Colony In Space starring Jon Pertwee as Dr Who. The evil Master has stolen the Time Lords’ file on the horrifying Doomsday Weapon with which, when he finds it, he can blast whole planets out of existence and make himself ruler of the Galaxy! The Time Lords direct Doctor Who and Jo Grant in their TARDIS to a bleak planet in the year 2471, where they find colonists from Earth under threat from mysterious, savage, monster lizards with frightful claws! And hidden upon the planet is the Doomsday Weapon, for which the Master is intently searching. Fantastic  condition 51 year old book, witch is amazing considering its age. The front and back cover are nice, clean and bright, with only very minor shelf wear on the edges. The spline is also in very good condition, again with only minor signs of any wear along the edges. Internally the book is in very good condition, all 168 pages are present and attached, they are clean and bright without any damage or markings on any page, just some slight tanning of the pages due to age and the type of paper that was used back in the day.
