Clubcard guarantees your premium banner stand hardware for one year from the order date. Should your hardware fail to operate (I.e. the mechanism no longer retracts) within this period through normal indoor use and proper handling, we will replace the banner stand at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover wear and tear of the vinyl banner material or cosmetic damage to the stand through normal use.

Please note that leaving a banner stand up over long periods can lock the mechanism. We suggest cycling the mechanism weekly if always on display.

Visible Area: 33" x 80"
Bleeds: ensure that you have 0.5" on all edges of your artwork (no crop marks).
Live Area: note that 1" of the artwork top, and 3" of the bottom will be inside the stand assembly - please see the template for more information. Keep important text and artwork not meant to be trimmed 1/4" inside from the edges
Colour: supply artwork in CMYK colour (Pantone/RGB colours will be automatically converted and may not print as expected)
Resolution: 150 DPI minimum resolution
Fonts: live text should be converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept font files)
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
