Plenty of room for diapers. Yes, even cloth diapers- though the extra diaper room is removed for children's sizes 3T and up. Our leggings have a pitched waist meaning they're a bit lower in the front for a more natural fit. 

What's the material like?  

Medium (250GSM) 100% Merino wool in  rich coral pink.  Great for cold weather layering or on its own.

Not super-wash treated, but due to the nature of this superfine (grade) merino wool we have found this to be safe to wash in the machine without any felting occurrence or shrinkage at temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius (122 Fahrenheit)

What is the cut and fit like? 

Our leggings meant to be are slim fitting and fit snug. Designed to grow with your child, they have foldable, cuffed ankles. The elastic-free extra high waist can be worn folded for a smaller child or fully extended for added torso warmth. If needing a tighter fit for a slimmer child, folding over will provide more snugness at the waist  

The fabric is stretchy and fits the body shape of most every child comfortably. There is no spandex in this material but we dont find it becomes droopy thanks to the double knit method in which the fabric was made.
